Ok ... Here's the Sitch!: We all hear things from friends and from television.... "Take this pill to lose 20 lbs in 5 weeks"!!   Or, the famous, "This is sure to boost your metabolism"  ..... UH HUH!?!   We aren't buying it ... or are we?  We at 'M' Love to give out our healthy slimming secrets to our supporters!!  We love ya!  So,  here it is Folks ;)

5 Super ways to boost your metabolism and lose weight!!!  We do it ,  and you should too!!!  XOxo



Tip # 1: Waking up in the morning can be a draaaaaag.  Right?  Well, everything you put into your body prior to sleeping has EVERYTHING to do with how you feel in the morning!  Wow you say?  So did we! Avoid having processed foods such as pizza and candy prior to "hitting the sack". Instead, have some fresh fruit or a protein shake to "hold ya over"... .it also helps you relax and get ready for beddy :)  When you awake in the morning (if you are anything like us) You get pretty lazy and not hungry, right? Well,  make sure to eat within the first hour of waking~! Your body needs a kick start to the day! We also recommend having some caffeine (coffee or green tea) in the morning. This helps to get your energies going and to help the "processing process" of your prior food consumption. This boosts your metabolism!!!  But,  it has to be Coffee without all the added sugar and whole milk... instead,  use one splenda and a quarter cup of non-fat milk. You can also gt a green tea pill supplement instead ... just in case you don't like said sexy beverages ;)   Super good, and super slimming!

Tip # 2: Be sure to eat small meals every three to four hours!!! This is super serious! But, it's not like  oh ... eat this box of cookies.... then three hours later eat a whole pizza.... NOPE!  It's all about portion control!  Try to eat half the amount that you normally would, and eat something like a cup of brown rice, accompanied with a chicken breast or fillet of salmon... Again, super tasty, and super slimming. It will also keep you full. Also, be sure to mix it up, you don't want your body toge use to everything you eat....  variety is key to boosting your metabolism. Snacking every 3 hours is perfect for slimming down!! Have a protein shake that's high in protein and low in fat/sugar, between meals. A handful of almonds or blue berries also foes a loooooooong way throughout the day! Personally, our off looks like a "Lean Cuisine" commercial right around lunch time.  It is just the right portion, easy to cook and bring with you, and... there's a huge variety!!!!  Super tasty as well!!!! 


Tip # 3: Rest Rest  REEEEEEEEST!!!  I know,  who knew that getting the right amount of rest between workouts and at night while sleeping... could have such a huge impact!!   Thing is, as your body gets broken down (muscles) when working out, it needs just as much rest too!! It's also great to grab a nice high in protein shake within 30 min to an hour post workout. Your body will  suuuuuuuck up all those carbs and protein in that time frame ;) Getting between 6-8 hours of sleep each night will not only boost your metabolism...... it will also help your muscles build and keep you the "ray of sunshine" everyone wants you to be.

Tip # 4: GET UP!!  That's right!  Exercise will help you kick-start your metabolism and get you on your way to that sexy slim body!!  It will also help you get some "sexual pleasure" with your significant other! Not to mention, that in itself helps to burn calories ..... It even gives you recipes and a breakdown of your meals!!  This is a challenge that we took in the office, and .....  we each lost over 40 lbs in just 90 days!!  But you have to follow it ;) It is the first workout/diet plan that we had ever took part in ... and it works!!!  

Tip # 5:  Studies show that being more positive .... helps reduce belly fat!!  Think it's untrue?  Google it!!  Try being more positive and doing things that bring validation and Peace of mind. It will do wonders for your mind, and will help reduce that tire in your mid section! People will also find you more fun to be around.... and will more than likely "flock" to you in Envy. Get some sun ... or, go for a jog.  That all natural "high" that you get from the exercise and release of endorphins is priceless!!!  These "machines" of ours that we call bodies are super high tech!!  and have soooooo much to offer us! If we treat them right ;)
